Congratulations Staff Member of the Month Mrs. Isela Martinez!

The NJROTC Drill Team qualified for the Area 9 Championship and Navy Regional Drill Meet to be held in Oklahoma in January. The Drill Team placed third overall this past Saturday in the Area 9 Wess Drill Meet at West Mesa High School in Albuquerque. The Drill Team earned 1^st Place in Color Guard, 1^st Place in Unarmed Basic Regulation, 2^nd Place in Armed Exhibition, 3^rd Place in Armed Basic Regulation, 3^rd Place in Unarmed Exhibition and 3^rd Place in Unit Personnel Inspection. Individual Awards were taken by Marco Esparza with 1^st Place in Academics; Yesenia Espinoza with 2^nd Place in Academics; Cruz Nunez with 2^nd Place in Male Sit-ups; Gabriel Sanchez with 4^th Place in Male Sit-ups; Gabriel Sanchez with 2^nd Place in Male Push-Ups and Evelin Villa was chosen as best overall Unarmed Commander. Fantastic job by the entire NJROTC Drill Team!
